1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Requests for return must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during clearance sales, discounts, or promotional offers.
- Customized, tailored, or special-order products.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, use, or negligence after delivery.
3. Return Process

- Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.
- Approved returns must be shipped back to us at your own cost unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong/defective product).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refunds
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Order Cancellations
